The Brambles, 19 - 25 October 2015

Hello :) An exciting week in the garden with the discovery of the bright green caterpillar! The leaves are really falling now, and I've been out sweeping lots!!!

    Beautiful page Natasha... great photo of your gorgeous Dahlia showing all the different colours - love it!
    Super photo of the 'Pale Tussock' too - pretty much looks like one in my book.

      Thank you, and for the confirmation too about the caterpillar. They are not something I usually find so I am not up on any of them!!!

      Me either - I went by your info to look it up and other than a couple more of the dark marks it looks identical. I think the book said it was attracted to oaks, lime trees and some others I can't recall at present.

      There are oak trees in and around the garden, so that would fit :)

    Fantastic page,the dahlia is a gorgeous colour, see a lot of them about now, but not as colourful as this one, never seen this type of caterpillar before, but I do like his colours.xx:)
